What it does

Residents with maintenance dues above a configured threshold are automatically restricted from accessing clubhouse facilities like — gym, pool, sports courts, party hall, or any configured access point.

Why it matters

Collecting maintenance dues is one of the biggest operational challenges for Management Committees. Chasing defaulters is time-consuming and confrontational. SmartAccessHub makes dues clearance a natural consequence — residents who clear their dues get their access back automatically. No guard confrontations needed.

Time-Based Access Rules

What it does

Time-based access works in two ways. First, facility access windows can be set community-wide — gym open 5 AM to 10 PM, pool closed on maintenance days. Second, access can be tied to individual bookings — a resident who has booked the badminton court from 11 AM to 12 PM gets in only during that slot. No booking, no entry.

Why it matters

Facility hours enforce themselves — no guard needed at closing time. And bookings become meaningful — the door only opens if you have one. It builds the habit of booking, reduces conflicts, and removes the need for manual policing of any facility.
