The Architecture
SmartAccessHub works across three connected layers — hardware at the door, intelligence at the centre, and data from your community's Residential Community ERP platform. Each layer has a specific role. Together they create an access control system that is more reliable, more accurate, and more scalable than anything a manual system can deliver.

The brain of the system. Every access attempt from every device is sent here in real time. The engine checks identity, verifies access rights, applies community rules, and sends the open or deny signal back to the device — in milliseconds.

The SmartAccessHub engine draws on live data from your Residential Community ERP. Integration is easy through readymade APIs available already. SmartAccessHub is already integrated with ADDA, and is open to integration with other Residential Community ERPs as well. Once Integrated, resident registry, staff profiles, visitor approvals, community rules, defaulter lists, and more can get synced with the SmartAccessHub Brain.
How the Engine Thinks
Every time someone presents their identity at an SmartAccessHub device, the engine runs through a real-time decision process — checking multiple parameters before opening or denying the door.

Person presents face, app QR, staff card, or visitor chit at the access device.

SmartAccessHub engine checks the identity against live SmartAccessHub platform data — is this person registered? Is their profile active?

Engine checks whether this person is authorised for this specific access point — not just the community, but this door.

Engine applies community rules — is this person a defaulter? Is it within their permitted access hours? Are there any restrictions active?

If all checks pass — door opens. If any check fails — door stays closed. Entry denied. Event logged. All in under a second.

A new resident moves in or moves out — their access activates or deactivates automatically the moment their details are updated in SmartAccessHub.
Added to SmartAccessHub → face recognition and app access activate automatically across all authorised doors.
Deactivated in SmartAccessHub → access removed from every door simultaneously, effective immediately.
Removed from resident's staff list in SmartAccessHub → their ID card stops working at every access point instantly.
